Al-Kalema center for human rights has issued an announcement after 12 Christians were sentenced to life imprisonment while 8 Muslims were acquitted in spite of committing many crimes like holding weapons and explosives, attacking the others to kill them and demolishing their properties.
Mamdouh Nakhla, the head of the center said this ruling raises questions about the double standards of the court and discrimination between the citizens based on their religion.
He added that the center will appeal against the ruling.
