Who knew Obama was going to bring back his failed “Winning the Future” slogan. According to his UN speech, all the problems were caused by the “crude and disgusting video”.
Obama mentions the video seven times in his speech, declares that the video is an insult to Americans because “We are a country that has welcomed people of every race and religion. We are home to Muslims who worship across our country… We understand why people take offense to this video because millions of our citizens are among them. ”
“The future must not belong to those who target Coptic Christians in Egypt – it must be claimed by those in Tahrir Square who chanted “Muslims, Christians, we are one,” Obama says, but at the same time takes credit for overthrowing Mubarak and turning Egypt over to the Muslim Brotherhood and the Islamists who do target Christians.
“We insisted on change in Egypt, because our support for democracy put us on the side of the people,” Obama says and those people were the people who hate other people who aren’t like them. “The United States has not, and will not, seek to dictate the outcome of democratic transitions abroad.”
Well then how does he plan to make sure that the future does not belong to Islamist populists who target Christians? Well he’ll go the UN and make a speech. It’s worked so well before.
“The future must not belong to those who slander the prophet of Islam,” Obama tells the UN and its assembly of dictators and tyrants. And that much he has accomplished.
Coptic Christians are fleeing Egypt at an unprecedented rate. Soon Egypt will be as empty of Christians as it was of Jews. Muslim Brotherhood businessmen will seize their businesses and cash in on foreign aid from the United States.
Egypt’s future is in the hands of Islamists. Those who slander Obama’s prophet Mohammed are on the run and seeking refugee status in the United States where he has decided to persecute them as well.
