During a seminar at the Popular Alliance Party headquarters on Tuesday in Alexandria, Hariri said the “Sisi knows the dangers Egypt is facing from inside, the Muslim Brotherhood and salafists, or from the outside like U.S. and Israel.”
Hariri announced that he would not run for president, adding that he is getting older and that a electoral campaign would need a lot of funds.
Hariri claimed that revolutionaries would reach power in eight years after drafting a permanent constitution other than the constitution drafted by 50-member committee.
He further commented on Prime Minister Hazem al-Beblawy’s government, saying that everyone knows it is a coalition government that does not represent the revolution and will be dismissed after the upcoming elections.
