CAIRO: A judicial source told Youm7 that the Supreme Electoral Committee, headed by Judge Nabil Salib, will hold Tuesday afternoon an important meeting to finalize preparations for the referendum process, including the use of electronic readers of ID cards at some voting stations in order to avoid multiple voting.
The source also said that the Supreme Electoral Committee has coordinated with the Interior Ministry and the Armed Forces to deliver the headquarters of the sub-committees and public committees to the concerned bodies in addition to bomb experts to be checked.
The source said that the Committee is scheduled to issue on Tuesday a decision to explain how to receive permits for foreign journalists to cover the referendum.
