Egypt’s Attorney General is reported against Sheikh Borhami

Dr. Naguib Gabriel, head of the Egyptian Union for Human Rights, filed a complaint today to the Attorney General of Egypt, Hisham Barakat, against Dr. Yasser Borhami, vice president of the Salafist Front, accusing him of suspending the Constitution and inciting against the Coptic Christians after Borhami stated that Christians should not be allowed to run for presidency or appointed as senior officials since they are not equal citizens and are less that Muslims!Dr. Naguib Gabriel, head of the Egyptian Union for Human Rights, filed a complaint today to the Attorney General of Egypt, Hisham Barakat, against Dr. Yasser Borhami, vice president of the Salafist Front, accusing him of suspending the Constitution and inciting against the Coptic Christians after Borhami stated that Christians should not be allowed to run for presidency or appointed as senior officials since they are not equal citizens and are less that Muslims!

Gabriel demanded the Attorney General to take legal action to protect social peace and equality in Egypt.
 
It’s worth mentioning that Article 53 of Egypt’s Constitution states that all citizens are equal before law without discrimination because of religion, sex or origin.
