Heinz Fischer, Austrian President, called today in the conference on " Human Rights of the disabled" to protect human rights in the developing countries.
He added that the lack of awareness of the rights of the disabled in many countries of the world is extremely dangerous, and affects them very badly.
Fischer said that the European Union and other European organizations should give greater concern to such problems.
