Pope Tawadros II, Pope of Alexandria and Patriarch of St. Mark See, received yesterday EU envoy Annie Marlboro, at the great Cathedral of St. Mark in Abbasya.
Pope told Marlboro that the Church is encouraging its congregation to participate in the upcoming presidential elections without directing them to certain candidate.
Pope added that Coptic immigrants should return to their homes after they feel safe again in their home countries.
