Father Polous Monir, priest of St. George Church in Kom Ombo, Aswan Governorate, said that God has protected hundreds of Coptic worshipers, after a bomb was planted next to the church and was to cause massive destruction, injuries and deaths among the Copts.
A man was seen throwing a bag next to the church and fled. Thus, police were reported and a bomb squad team has arrived and could deactivate the bomb.
