Commenting on the nomination of some Copts on the electoral lists of al-Nour ultra conservative party, Pope Twadharos II said that nobody can serve two masters; they can’t be honest before themselves as they support the party that calls them infidels.
He added that the Coptic church doesn’t mobilize the people to vote in favor of certain candidates, but encourages them to participate in the elections.
