The second day of parliamentary elections in Qena witnessed more violation for the law by al-Nour ultra conservative party.
The Islamic party dedicated buses with posters of its candidate to mobilize the people to vote in favor of him, which violate the law.
Leaders of the Islamic party had said that elections in general are haram, but they have to participate in it according to the law.
