A group of members of the Egyptian Parliament called to nullify the law of defamation of religion. They added that only Sheikh of Al-Azhar can decide the abolition of the law or not.
They are seeking to meet with Sheikh of Al- Azhar in order to explain the seriousness of the matter. Yet, activists said that Al-Azhar refuses to cancel this article since they think it protects them.
