Egypt’s Iftaa House will host an international conference under the title, “Scholarly Preparation, Fatwa Issuance Training for Imams in Muslim Minority Communities.”
The conference, scheduled to be held on October 17-18, will discuss a number of issues related to Muslim minorities in the West.
According to a statement, it is also scheduled to discuss the ways to prepare Imams for confronting extremism and other challenges facing Muslim communities
Grand Imam of Al Azhar Ahmed al-Tayyeb will deliver the conference’s inauguration speech on Monday.
