Father Ayyoub Youssef, priest of the Catholic Church in Delga, Minya, denounced stripping an old Coptic man off in Minya streets after his son was accused of kidnapping a young Muslim woman. He added that the two families accepted reconciliation without punishing the oppressor.
The young man was acquitted by the prosecutor, but her family refused to let him go and decided to attack him and stripped him nude and hit him in the streets.
