Egyptian pianist Eman Shaker and her troupe will perform a concert at the Cairo Opera House on Thursday 20 September, featuring singer Ihab Shawi.
"We play different kinds of music and songs in different languages; Classic, Oldies, Jazz, Swing, Tango, Waltz in English, French, Arabic & Greek," reads a description on social media by the event s organisers.
Shaker s "friends" include Wleed Allam on violin, Noha Elsaqqa (kanon), Karim Wassef (double bass) and Alexander Grechenko on the drums, Ahmed Gharib (table) and Mohamed El-Gendy (req).
Besides Shawi, Sara Atef and Monika Youssef will perform vocals during the concert.
