After 91 days have passed since President Mohammed Morsy took office, Morsy Meter website has announced that only 4 electoral promises were achieved out of 64.
It added that the achievements came in improving security and traffic, implementing penalties for fuel smugglers and their collaborators, as well as carrying out campaigns for cleaning the streets.
