Rebellion and the Muslim Brotherhood

In a recent movement called  “Rebel” we have began to see fears in the Muslim Brotherhood. Has anyone ever understood how much the Muslim Brotherhood is a small, fragile group? I completely admire this movement because in just a few days it achieved what all the oppositions couldn’t since a long time ago.

This group is working in an appropriate way. They work according to the constitution, which gives the right to the nation to force the president to resign in the case that they collect a certain percentage of signatures according to what has been written in the constitution the Muslim Brotherhood made for them.

I wish the opposition could work and play the game according the current rules we have, not to just pretend to follow these rules. The point is to play with the cards you are dealt, not to say I will not play because I don’t like the cards. I have mentioned many times before that the only solution to the current dilemma we have is to work according to the rules that are set up.

If we had a quick look at the popularity the “Rebel” group achieved in just few days, we will see that we just need to make a little bit of effort and think about new alternatives to our current political attitude.

At the first year in my faculty of Economic and Political Science, we studied that Politics is the art of what’s possible, not what’s impossible. Alas, the opposition is going in the opposite and direction. At least at this time, changing the regime suddenly is the impossible route.

A small and recent group could achieve popularity in just a few days, so what could the opposition achieve if they united together against Muslim Brotherhood? This small group has rightly declared that the opposition is weak and doesn’t have deep insight toward the future.

The Opposition needs to learn from its mistakes and work from now to fix the problems they have, otherwise, it will not succeed in any thing either now or in the future.
