CAIRO: The Cairo Administrative Court considered Tuesday a claim filed by former PM Hamdy Fakharany to ban the 6 April Movement and to consider it a terrorist group.
Fakharany’s lawyer Wael Hamdy, called on the court to issue a verdict to dissolve the April 6 Movement.
The claim stated that the members of 6 April Movement are seeking to spread strife in Egyptian society to divide it.
Moreover, the claim stated that the movement received training and external funds in order to carry out these acts.
