The Saudi Arabia announced the formation of the International Islamic military alliance to fight terrorism. This is the third military alliances that have been formed during the last two years. How come 100 states in three alliances are not enough to fight ISIS? The first alliance led by the United States of America completely failed in its mission. Then Russia announced a second alliance with the Syrian regime supported by China and Iran, and was joined later by France. Later, the Saudi Arabia announced the third international alliance which is the Islamic alliance.
Dr. Mustafa Mahmoud, the Egyptian scientist, 1presented a TV show under the title “science and faith" in which he objectively presented the right scientific information. However, years after the show was closed, our media is specialized currently in presenting several myths and superstitions instead of science. Few days ago, Tamer Amin, Egyptian anchor, presented in a program aired on Saudi Channel talked about "Supreme Council of the World".
President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, the Egyptian president, appreciates the importance of the Egyptian communities and this was shown in most of his visits abroad. He met with Egyptian communities abroad like he did with the Egyptian community in Germany, which lasted for more than an hour. President al-Sisi is indeed seeking to exploit potentials and energies of eight million people whom live abroad and therefore he wants to send them several messages, which we will monitor in this article. He aims to set a Ministry for 8 million Egyptians according to the computation of Egyptian General Authority of Information and also according to census of Egypt publication in 2014. That huge number of expatriated Egyptians abroad may be the cause of establishing Ministry for Egyptians abroad which aims to take care of the interests of Egyptians whom live outside Egypt, and activate their role in the country's development.
Of the most famous words of President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, during his electoral platform that Egypt doesn’t only need “Steps of development ", but rather an economic leap forward." Of course, everyone knows that such economic leap forward represented and supported by development projects, such as the Suez Canal project, should benefit everyone in areas like health, education and transportation.
No doubt that what Daash is doing in Iraq and Syria are acts of hateful sectarianism and terrorism. Yet, they should be taken as example of what similar organizations may do in other countries. It’s known that they aim to restore the Islamic caliphate, but they should realize the costs of the wars now are completely different from the wars 1400 years ago. In the past, they only used swords and spears, and ate what they found in the way. But now the weapons are so expensive, and the richest countries can’t afford the cost of the wars for long. Additionally, the general mobilization of armies costs billions of dollars just to afford food and drink. Moreover, and the nature of the wars currently makes the industrialized countries of the weapon are getting the real booty, but the warriors themselves do not get anything.
Why killers of the Copts are always honored? I usually ask myself this question, as those responsible for killing the Copts, either criminal responsibly or political responsibility, are always honored. I wonder: is this meant to provoke the Coptic Christians? Recently, General Mahmoud Hijazi, who had accused the Copts of being the reason behind Maspero massacre in which the army killed dozens of Coptic youth, has been promoted to the rank of Chief of Staff of the Egyptian Armed Forces.
"The Guardian" British newspaper has published a report about two Canadian citizens who entered Egypt at the time of Ramsis clashes between security forces and the Muslim Brotherhood. It said that they were arrested and treated so badly. One of them said he was arrested while he was going to Gaza Strip. Consequently, it’s understood that such person won’t be welcomed in Egypt because of his relationship with Hamas that the Egyptians hate.
It seems that the fate of the Copts is to suffer many sorrows at their feasts and occasions. At the beginning of a new year, they remember bombing the Saints Church in Alexandria, and the attacks of Nag Hamady at Christmas. At Easter, they receive many threats as well just for being “Copts”!
The world was turned upside down when the 50-members committee to amend the 2012 constitution decided to amend Article III, and replace “Christians and Jews can resort to their religious laws” by “Non-Muslims resort to their religious laws”. Here we may recognize some Egyptian citizens struggling to live free in their own country, and those have all the right to do so.
It became so clear that the American President, Barack Obama, made up his decision to fight Syria.
