European countries prevent visiting Luxor after a terrorist became governor

6 European countries have removed Luxor from its terroristic destinations after a terrorist belongs to the Islamic Group had become Luxor's new governor.

 

It's worth mentioning that the new governor has been convicted before in killing foreign tourists and terroristic attacks.
