Father Luke Rady, deputy of Kosia diocese, said that supporters of ousted president Mohamed Morsy besieged the diocese yesterday and stoned it without storming the place.
“They have burnt two houses, a pharmacy and couple of cars next to the diocese that belong to Coptic Christians”
He added that police were reported, but none acted in response to the call.
