Father Ayoub Youssef, priest of the Catholic Church in Delga, Minya, said a Coptic Christian teacher called Sobhi Habib was abducted today for ransom.
Three masked men have abducted him while he was heading to work. Later, his family received a phone call from the abductors demanding 100.000 EGP ransom.
Police were reported and the matter is still under investigation.
