On the 40th anniversary of the 1973 war, supporters of the Egyptian military pour into Tahrir Square to voice their approval of the current military leader - General Abdel Fatah al-Sisi.
Many of those in Tahrir were calling on al-Sisi to become the next president of Egypt. One group called 'tawahod' are gathering signatures to that effect.
Elsewhere in Egypt, deadly clashes erupted as supporters of former President Mohamed Morsi clashed with security forces.
