Egyptian authorities have denied the reports saying that the Nile Basin countries had taken any decision over without the approval of Cairo and Khartoum.The ministerial meeting held by the Nile Basin countries in Sharm al-Sheikh did not take any decisions, AlArabiya.net quoted Egyptian Irrigation and Water Resources Minister Mohammed Nasr Eddin as saying.
The remarks by the official came as a response to media reports on Thursday saying that seven African nations will sign a deal on sharing the Nile River water resources without Egypt and Sudan.
