After a culprit specialized in terrorizing the Copts called Holako was killed couple of month ago while exchanging fire with police, his brother is now back to terrorize the Copts and force them to pay royalties.
Copts in Minya complained they are threatened and have to pay a lot of money for those culprits. Yet. the police do not respond!
