Dr. Tharwat Kherpauy, a dissident leader of the Muslim Brotherhood, said that elements of the Muslim Brotherhood have received orders from their leadersto provoke and clash with security forces as much as possible.
He explained that such orders may aim to be used for the negative propaganda against Egypt.
