Dr. Khaled Montaser, Egyptian liberal writer, criticized Article 219 in the constitution that explains the application of the Islamic Sharia saying that this article means that a woman can give birth couple of years after the death or abandonment of her husband. Yet, the child is indeed his son or daughter!He added that such talk is nonsense and should never be accepted nowadays. This has happened in Mecca as the Islamic court court attributed a child to his father however he was born five years after the death of his father!
