Many Coptic organizations and movements have organized a protest in front of the Shura Council demanding the 50-members committee to amend the 2012 Constitution to grant affirmative action for women, youth and Copts.
The protest was organized by the Egyptian Federation for Human Rights, Maspero Youth Union for Development and Human rights, Word Center for Human Rights, and Celebrities newspaper.
