CAIRO: Nour Party Secretary General in Alexandria Abdullah Badran demanded that women members become active in the campaign to vote “yes” in the upcoming referendum .
In a Wednesday meeting, governorate’s women’s committee also discussed the efforts of the party in the 50-member committee to maintain the Islamic identity of the state in the constitution.
The meeting was part of the Nour Party’s campaign “Yes to the Constitution,” to end the current transitional period and to continue building the state’s institutions.
The meeting was attended by Mahmoud Abdel Hamid, member of the Nour Party’s senate, and Mustafa Sobhy, deputy chairman of the party in Alexandria.
