MENOUFIA, Egypt: There were skirmishes between security forces and Muslim Brotherhood students at Shibin Al-Kawm University in Menoufia on Tuesday, Youm7 reported.
Security forces dispersed a protest by Brotherhood students in accordance to the newly adopted protest law.
Some of the Brotherhood students set off flares towards security forces and set fire to a room of the university administrative building.
Security then fired teargas and water cannons to disperse the student demonstrations and arrested four riot provokers.
