CAIRO: A military plane crashed on Wednesday afternoon in Dakahlia, causing no casualties or damages, according to an official military report.
Military spokesperson Ahmed Mohamed Ali said the pilot was in training when the plane collapsed in the city of El Senbellawein at 5:30 p.m. due to a technical failure in its engine.
Ali confirmed that the pilot survived and has been transferred to a hospital where his condition is stable.
