Dr. Ashraf Mohsen, Egypt's ambassador in Hungary, said that 30% of the total eligible voters enrolled in Hungary have participated in the referendum on the constitution, and 98% of them have accepted the new constitution.
He explained that more voters have participated in this constitution referendum than the former one in 2012.
