Dr. Tharwat Kherpauy, former leaders of the Muslim Brotherhood said that the Muslim Brotherhood is expected to lie about the results of the constitutional referendum and claim that the Egyptian people have boycotted it!
He added that lying is part of the doctrine of the Muslim Brotherhood.
