The Russian President, Vladimir Putin, has congratulated the Egyptian leadership and the Egyptian people on the constitutional referendum, hoping that Egypt may restore its stability and security soon.
It’s worth mentioning that Russia has supported the revolution of June 30 since its beginning as well as the road map.
