Health Ministry: 49 dead on third anniversary of revolution

The Health Ministry announed Sunday a death toll of 49 on the third anniversay of the 25 January revolution between protesters and security forces. The statement said the casualties occurred during clashes between pro-Muslim Brotherhood protesters on one hand and the security forces and their supporters on the other.
