The spokesperson of the Minister of Foreign Affairs Badr Abdel Atty offered condolences to the families of the seven Christian Egyptian victims who were killed in Libya Tuesday.
“The Libyan government offered us condolences, but this is not enough, and we are waiting for the perpetrators to be brought to justice, because the situation in Libya is disastrous and out of control,” said Abdel Atty said during the memorial service ceremony in the Journalists Syndicate.
He said the ministry provides all means for Egyptian citizens who want to return from Libya. He explained that high-level communications are taking place to preserve the lives of Egyptians in Libya.
