Father Polous Halim, spokes person of the Coptic Orthodox Church, said that Pope Tawadros II, Pope of Alexandrian and Patriarch of St. Mark See, has assigned Abba Rafael, bishop of downtown Cairo and secretary of the Holy Synod, to travel to Russia today in a pastoral care visit.
The visit extends for three days, that the secretary of the Holy Synod is expected to return on Saturday.
