New special forces formed to fight terrorism

Field Marshal Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, Commander in Chief of the Egyptian Armed Forces, attended today training of rabid deployment force of high capabilities formed to fight terrorism and carry out special tasks against terrorists.

The new forces is able to professionally perform special tasks inside and outside Egypt and under different circumstances.

In his speech, al-Sisi said that the armed forces is responsible for Egypt's safety and its national security, and should be able and ready to counter terrorism.

The training was also attended by General Sedky Sobhy, Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, and other leaders of the armed forces.
