Pope Tawadros II, Pope of Alexandria and Patriarch of St. Mark See, decided to cancel his Wednesday weekly sermon for three weeks for making Chrism oil and the celebrations of the Easter.
The Pope is going to spend one week at St. Bishoy Monastery to make the holy Chrism oil. Then, comes the celebrations of Easter.
He also announced that the next meeting will be on Wednesday, April 30, in the presence of His Holiness the Patriarch of Ethiopia who may deliver the sermon instead of Pope Tawadros.
