Eastern Pakistan court sentenced a handicapped man and his wife to death on charges of insulting the prophet of Islam, through an SMS sent to a Muslim Sheikh.
Lawyer of the Christian couple said that there was no proof they sent the message, which was sent from a cell phone that they had lost couple of months ago.
The poor couple, who have three children, denied the accusation, but the court found them guilty.
Another Christian man was sentenced to death last month after he was accused of insulting Prophet Mohamed before a Muslim friend.
Critics say the blasphemy laws in Pakistan is being misused in many cases to settle personal scores.
