Church of the Good Shepherd in Suez is still ignored by authorities despite being burnt by supporters of the Muslim Brotherhood after the dispersal of Rabaa Adawia and Nahda sit-ins.
Father Beshay Isaak, agent of Coptic Catholic Bishopric in Suez said that terrorists had looted and burned the Church causing losses estimated at more than 4 million LE. However, the government has not intervened to restore the building or arrested the oppressors.
