Presidential candidate, Hamdeen Sabahi, said that Christians in Egypt are not a minority, and he has been defending their rights for 40 years.
He added in a conference with his supporters in Assiut governorate that his electoral platform includes fighting discrimination among citizens based on religion, race or color as he believes in equality.
