Pope appoints Bishop Karas in the Secretariat of the Diaspora

Pope Tawadros II, Pope of Alexandria and Patriarch of Saint Mark See, has appointed bishop Karas in the Secretariat of the Diaspora.

The Information Office of the Coptic Orthodox Church published a brief statement to declare the appointment.
