The existence of the ultra conservative al-Nour Party on the Egyptian political arena till now, in spite of the disband of the political arm of the Muslim Brotherhood, Freedom and Justice Party, refers to the continuation of the Saudi plans to humiliate Christian Egypt through many terrorist groups.
All sectarian crimes committed since Sadat era was under auspices of the government and police. This was assured by former Interior Minister, Habib al-Adly, during his trial yesterday. Moreover, the current government is trying to do the same and keep Christians away from politics or keep them weak and scattered in many political parties.
Therefore, I invite liberal Muslims and Christians to form a political party and face other religious parties.
Furthermore, the current statements by the president and Sheikh of Al-Azhar doesn't mean the next parliament will issue the unified law of building houses of worship as the president is not able to issue it or disband al-Nour ultra conservative party. However, he was able to issue fast laws and decisions when they were needed like the new project at Suez Canal.
In order to achieve all goals of the revolution, all religious parties should be dissolved. It's now or never.
