Abba Bemen, Bishop of Naqada, told Copts United that Anba Pachomius, former acting Patriarch, recovered consciousness after he was infected by “West Nile fever".He added that Pachomius is currently receiving treatment that may last for 6 weeks.
It’s worth mentioning that Abba Bemen has returned from London to Egypt in order to supervise the Competition of Saint Mark Episcopate.
