Australian Coptic Movement organizes big celebration for the feast of Nayrouz. The day is celebrated on September 11 when martyrs and confessors are commemorated. This day is also the start of the Coptic new year and its first month (Thout).
Many officials are invited to attend the celebration as well as many Christian bodies and public figures.
