Mayor of Amiria, Alexandria, has stopped rebuilding a licensed church of St. Mary and Pope Cyril IV for no reason.
Father Elisha Samuel Ghali, priest of the church complained that he can't celebrate the holy mass anymore inside the rickety building.
He also denounced such racist practices by officials after the revolution of June 30.
