Sister Manal Faik dierctor of the Fransciscan Nuns School in Beni- Suef , said that the final decision of the Handing the school from the Military is today.
She added in case that work will not be ended before the start of the school year, pupils will have holidays until the work is completed , the school will not work in the temporary building of the“ Saint Mark School” for languages which hosted them last year after burning their school.
The Franciscan Nuns School was Subject of looting, barbarian deeds, burning of all the contents of the school and the Monastery at the time of the evacuation Raaba sit –in .
The loss was estimated by more than 16 million pounds. The Franciscan Nuns School is considered to be the oldest school in the province Beni- Suef which gives a very distinguished educational service for the Christians as well as Muslims since 1899. Thousands are from this school graduated.
