Pope Tawadros II, Pope of Alexandria and Patriarch of Saint Mark See, told the Spanish newspaper El Mundo that ISIS is a Western plot to divide the region, as most Muslims are moderate and refuse such extremism. He expected that Egypt is going to develop and overcome so many obstacles in the next three years.
The pope assured that the Egyptian people have refused the autocratic regime of the Muslim Brotherhood.
He added that he wishes Mubarak is released, after four years of imprisonment, for his health conditions.
