14 Copts threatened by kidnapping in Libya

Bashir Stephen, whose two brothers were kidnapped in Libya today, said that his brothers have been working for years in Libya, and had obtained the due permits before they travel.Bashir Stephen, whose two brothers were kidnapped in Libya today, said that his brothers have been working for years in Libya, and had obtained the due permits before they travel.

He explained that some of the kidnapped Copts in Libya have returned to work there after they found very few work opportunities in Egypt after the revolution.
 
He explained that Libya is suffering from a state of chaos and the security situation is unstable, but there are 14 Copts who are threatened by kidnapping and nobody is able to help them after the Egyptian churches were closed.
 
It’s worth mentioning that 13 Copts were kidnapped in their way back to Egypt after 7 were also kidnapped last week.
