Father Philemon Ayad, priest of St. George Church in Abu Sir village, Beni Suef, denounced targeting the Copts by the armed groups in Libya.
He said that his brother was among the young men who were kidnapped today in Libya.
He explained that 20 young Copts belonging to the same village have been kidnapped in one week in Libya that’s suffering from a state of chaos and the security situation is unstable.
It’s worth mentioning that 13 Copts were kidnapped in their way back to Egypt after 7 were kidnapped last week.
